Comparing HubSpot sales reps on recorded wins, losses, and win rate
A fair comparison of reps starts with the same dates and the same definitions for everyone. Ask Alex reports each deal owner's recorded outcomes. It does not judge performance.

What gets counted
Ask Alex looks at HubSpot deals closed within the dates you choose, using each deal's close date. For every deal owner it reports won deals, lost deals, closed-deal win rate, and won deal value. Open deals are not counted.
Every rep is measured on the same dates and the same rules, so differences in the figures come from the records rather than from how each report was built.
How win rate is calculated
Closed-deal win rate is won deals divided by won plus lost deals, multiplied by 100. Deals still open do not lower or raise it. Won deal value is the sum of the amounts on a rep's won deals.
Illustrative example, not customer data: one rep closed 20 deals in the quarter, 12 won and 8 lost, a 60% win rate. Another closed 4, 3 won and 1 lost, a 75% win rate. The second rate rests on four outcomes, the first on twenty.
Ownership as recorded
Each deal is credited to the owner on the imported HubSpot record. That may differ from who owned it when it closed, and the answer says so.
Deals with no owner are shown separately as unassigned rather than credited to anyone. Reps with no closed deals in the period do not appear in the comparison.
When deal amounts cannot be verified
Won deal value needs closed deals with usable amounts in one supported currency. When the synced HubSpot deals have no single supported currency, mixed currencies, or incomplete records, Ask Alex reports won deals, lost deals, and win rate only, and states that monetary comparisons are unavailable.
What the comparison does not judge
Ask Alex states that it cannot determine underperformance from these records. Targets, roles, tenure, territories, and how opportunities were allocated are not verified, and lower won deal value alone does not establish underperformance.
When only one rep has closed deals in the period, the answer shows that rep's outcomes and notes there is no peer comparison. Questions about who to dismiss, promote, or replace are declined. Ask Alex offers the recorded sales outcomes instead, and the decision stays with you.
What each answer shows
Every Ask Alex answer lists its source, scope, time, assumptions, and calculation. Each rep's figures link to the HubSpot deal records behind them, and the counts and rates are calculated by code from those records.
